A minimum of one benchmark on site for each four acres. A description will be provided and the elevation will be noted to the nearest 0.01'. The datum for the benchmark shall be specified in the Letter of Agreement.
Contours at an interval specified in the Letter of Agreement. The difference between the scaled elevation of any particular point on the plan and the actual elevation shall not exceed one half the contour interval.
All building features shall be located and shown on the plan. The floor elevation of each building shall be shown.
All other physical features shall be located and shown on the plan. These features shall include but not be limited to fences, roads, curbs, driveways, paths, gardens, stonewalls, etc.
All drainage (sewer and storm water) features and structures, visible from the surface of the ground, shall be located and shown on the plan with the invert elevations and rim elevations as appropriate.
All utility (power and communications) features and structures, visible from the surface of the ground, shall be located and shown on the plan.
The perimeter outline of cleared areas or wooded areas, as appropriate, shall be located and shown on the plan.
"Specimen" trees as defined by the client or trees over a certain caliper as specified by the client, shall be located and shown on the plan with species and size identification.
All test pits or soils borings, identified by the client, shall be located and shown on the plan.
All bodies of water and the elevation of the water level on the subject property shall be located and shown on the plan.
